Charles Dickerson

Charles Dickerson IV is the President and Chief Consultant at Dickerson Learning Group, LLC. Based in Los Angeles, he specializes in team education and enrichment, offering expertise in leadership, change management, curriculum design, and coaching.

With over a decade of experience, Charles has developed learning programs for athletic teams at all levels and consulted with high schools, colleges, and professional sports organizations. His inspirational presentations on leadership, teamwork, overcoming adversity, and inclusion have made him a sought-after speaker worldwide. Charles’ multifaceted background as an educator, entrepreneur, and social reformer informs his approach to fostering personal and organizational growth. His work consistently demonstrates a commitment to empowering individuals and teams to reach their full potential.

Charles is pursuing a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership for Justice at California State University, Dominguez Hills. He holds master’s degrees in Coaching and Athletics Administration, Coaching and Exercise Sciences, and Education. His undergraduate degree is in Communication from La Sierra University, where he played baseball. Charles has also studied abroad in Spain and the Dominican Republic, participating in Major League Baseball’s Scout Development Program.

A dedicated lifelong learner, Charles holds a Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion certificate from Rutgers University and various teaching credentials. Outside of his professional pursuits, he enjoys cycling and coaching youth baseball and softball.
