Founded by educator and community leader Charles Dickerson IV, our consulting practice supports organizations that serve youth through education, enrichment, and civic engagement. With over a decade of experience in K–12 education, higher education, and community arts, we specialize in designing programs that are culturally responsive, community-driven, and rooted in equity.
